申请人自2006年从事表观遗传学研究以来,针对组蛋白赖氨酸去甲基化酶LSD1在造血系统中的功能以及调控红细胞分化的表观遗传学机制等热点问题做了系统、深入的研究。曾在美国哈佛大学(Harvard University, Harvard Medical School)、佛罗里达大学(University of Florida, College of Medicine)深造,回国后继续在吉林大学生命科学学院任职。在PNAS、 Blood、 Epigenetics、 Oncogene等杂志发表论文及会议摘要13篇,累计影响因子43.548。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、中国博士后科学基金、吉林省“双十”重大科技攻关项目、吉林省青年基金、 吉林省科技发展项目。获吉林省自然科学学术成果一等奖、吉林省科技进步奖一等奖一项,二等奖二项。并获得吉林省人才计划项目资助,肯定了其一直致力于科研、教学第一线所作出的努力。 近年代表性论文: 1.
